A graduate of North Carolina State University with degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry, Dr. Holler earned his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. He is now a practicing optometrist in Apex, NC [https://www.findclarityvision.com/apex/] at his Clarity Vision location at 1049 Beaver Creek Commons Dr. He is licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Optometry. His clinical rotations included the Duke University Vitreo-retinal Clinic, Laurel Eye Clinic in Brookville, PA, The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, and Wilmington VA Hospital in Delaware.
Dr. Holler has vast experience with macular degeneration, glaucoma disorders, pediatric care, and refractive surgery co-management and has received awards for his passion for specialty contact lenses – becoming a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in 2017. Due to his commitment to keratoconus and specialty contact lenses, Dr. Holler was honored to be inducted as a Fellow of the Scleral Lens Education Society in 2022. An avid cyclist, golfer, and gold medalist in the North Carolina State games, Dr. Holler is also active in the community. Dr. Holler and his wife live in Apex with their daughter.
