Dr. Jason G. Moyer is a dedicated optometrist, military veteran, and wellness advocate with over 20 years of experience.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, he has served in diverse roles, including Chief of Optometry in the U.S. Army’s 10th Mountain Division and Delaware Air National Guard, as well as Clinical Director of Operations in a leading ophthalmology practice.

A Bronze Star recipient, Dr. Moyer has provided expert vision care in both military and civilian settings, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care, precision, and leadership. Since 2022, he has served as a Therapeutic Optometrist for the Delaware Department of Corrections. He was also an externship preceptor for optometry students and a long-standing member of the American Optometric Association.

Beyond optometry, Dr. Moyer is passionate about holistic health and personal development. As a Ziglar Choose to Win Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, he empowers individuals to optimize their well-being. He has also spent over 20 years advocating for families affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).

He and his wife, Jessica, have been married for 27 years and are blessed with four children: Isobel, Steven, Blaise, and Jake.

They enjoy travel, an active lifestyle, and serving their community
