Our bodies change over time and so do our eyes.
If your prescription changes within 6-months from the original purchase date, we will replace your lenses at a 50% discount off the replacement cost.
Frames and lenses require proper care. Most lenses should only be cleaned with approved
cleaning solution and soft, lint-free microfiber cloths. Please visit us if you have any issues, and
we will be happy to assist.
At Clarity Vision, we are committed to making sure you are happy with your eyewear while also balancing our ability to offer quality care and service. Here is what you can expect:
Eligibility
You may request a refund or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order. Please pick up your item within 30 days after we notify you it is ready.
Condition of Items
Frames and lenses must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Custom-made lenses (e.g., progressives) are generally non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing issue.
Prescription Changes
If your prescription changes within 60 days of your purchase, we will replace your lenses once at no extra charge.
Exchanges
You can exchange frames within 21 days of receipt for a different style, model, or color. If the new frames are more expensive, you will just need to cover the difference. Please note that changing frames may also result in additional costs for the lenses.
Restocking Fee
If you return frames without making an exchange, a $30 restocking fee applies.
Manufacturer Defects
If there is a defect in your frames, we will exchange them for you at no cost.
Non-Refundable
Custom lenses (like progressives, bifocals, or high-index lenses) cannot be refunded. However, if there is a defect in the lenses or the prescription, let us know within 21 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Remake Policy
If your lenses do not meet your vision needs, we offer a complimentary, one-time lens remake within 21 days of receiving your glasses. This covers prescription adjustments or changes for comfort. The new lenses will be of the same type as your original lenses. If you are having issues with your vision, we can also schedule an appointment to check your prescription before the remake. If you decide not to proceed with the remake process: We will refund any out-of-pocket payments, minus a $30 restocking fee for frames and 20% of the lens cost. This helps cover a portion of the costs incurred in preparing your custom lenses.
Coating Warranty
If your lenses’ anti-reflective or other coatings develop issues, such as peeling or scratching, they may be replaced under warranty within one year of purchase.
For $35, our Oops Protection TM plan covers accidental damage to your frame or lenses (not loss) within one year. This plan is available once per year and does not apply to state insurance plans.
Vision Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with your vision after receiving your new lenses, we offer a one-time free lens remake within 21 days of receiving them. We may recommend a prescription check to ensure accuracy.
Frame Satisfaction
If the style or fit of your frames is not right, we’ll help you find a better option within 21 days of receiving them. A $30 restocking fee applies, and any lens upgrades may incur additional costs.
If you cancel an order that is in process, a $30 cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking costs
