If your glasses are lost or stolen, we will replace them for 50% of the original purchase price.
Our bodies change over time and so do our eyes.
If your prescription changes within 6-months from the original purchase date, we will replace your lenses at a 50% discount off the replacement cost.
Frames and lenses require proper care. Most lenses should only be cleaned with approved
cleaning solution and soft, lint-free microfiber cloths. Please visit us if you have any issues, and
we will be happy to assist.
At Clarity Vision, we are committed to making sure you are happy with your eyewear while also balancing our ability to offer quality care and service. Here is what you can expect:
Clarity Vision is unable to refund or return glasses due to the customized nature of the product, however, if your lenses do not meet your vision needs, we offer a complimentary, one-time lens remake within 60 days of notifying you that your glasses are ready for pick up. This covers prescription adjustments or changes for your comfort. Any lens upgrades will incur additional charges. Under rare circumstances, glasses may be returned at the management’s discretion. In those situations a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
You can exchange frames within 60 days of purchase. There is a 30% frame restocking fee (of the original retail frame price). If the new frames are priced higher, you can simply pay the 30% frame restocking fee plus the additional difference. A $50 copay for the new lenses that must be fabricated will be applied.
If you cancel an order that is in progress, a cancellation charge will be applied. The amount of the charge will depend on the current production phase of the lenses.
